This document outlines the terms governing the use of the 14400 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 14400 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 14400 platform. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into enforceable agreements under applicable law.
14400 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
To access the full services of the 14400 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 14400 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information from third parties.
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- Notify 14400 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Ensure the registered email address remains active and accessible for verification and communication purposes.
Usage Rules & User Conduct
All 14400 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any conduct that violates these terms may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 14400 platform:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems or networks.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Impersonating another person or providing false information during registration or transactions.
- Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantages.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, incites hatred, or poses a threat to public safety.
14400 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or suspected breaches of these terms and to take appropriate action at the platform's discretion.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 14400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and registered in their own name. 14400 will not process payments to third-party accounts. Any attempt to transfer funds to another party may result in account suspension or closure.
- All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be unilaterally reversed.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to required verification procedures.
- 14400 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes prior to processing any withdrawal.
- Any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotion terms.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 14400 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 14400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
14400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- User is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- User registers multiple accounts.
- User is unable to verify their identity when requested.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with platform policy.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any credit balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited by the platform. For closures unrelated to a breach, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 14400 platform are the exclusive property of the platform's management or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written authorisation.
The 14400 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 14400 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
14400 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
